Service Terms & Conditions

Our terms of service are as follows:

  1. Business Hours:  Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  2. Service Requests.  Collection/Delivery requests can be sent by:​​

  3. Packaging.  All items must be securely packaged and labeled for delivery.  

    • Items must have clear labels indicating both the sender's and receiver's information.​

    • All fragile items must be packaged in the appropriate protective wrapping and labeled "fragile".

  4. Delivery Time.  Packages to be delivered to all zones except the Far Off and Tobago zones are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of collection unless otherwise stated by the company on receipt of the package from the sender.​  In the event of poor weather conditions and or flooding, deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available day.

  5. Service Charges.  All attempted deliveries will incur a delivery charge. 

  6. Failed deliveries.  In the event of a failed delivery, the package will be returned to the seller.

  7. Unable to contact the receiver.  In the event the Courier Driver is unable to contact the receiver, the sender will be notified and a 2nd attempt to deliver will be done on the next business day.  In the event of two failed attempts, the sender will be notified and the package returned.

  8. Payment Collections.  Lifeline Couriers will collect payments on a sender's behalf.  All payments collected are disbursed to the respective senders on Tuesdays and Fridays weekly.  All respective fees will be collected prior to disbursements.
